Art Therapy Work
I have studied and mentored under many psychologists, therapists, artists, creatives, psychic mediums, shamans, healers, and intuitives over the past few years. I've been on my own Art Therapy PHD journey, led by LIFE instead of the traditional classroom.
My quest for health has been an obsession after I myself experienced chronic health issues, mental health issues and all sorts of strange issues.
I've read countless books, watched thousands of videos, talked to a wide variety of people, traveled lots, and scrutinized humanity under a microscope.
A common theme throughout my entire healing journey was creation. I love to make things, and I found that putting my frustrations, intense emotions or hopeless moments into art was a blessing. Turning something painful and "ugly" into something beautiful was eye-opening and a great stress relief for me.
Art and writing have given me profound realizations about myself and the world around me, allowing me to talk to God and my subconscious selves in much easier ways.
$200 for a 1:1 Art Healing Session (1-2 hours)
$50/hr for 1:1 Art Therapy Classes
$30/hr for Group Art Therapy Classes
I can take your unused clothes or products and turn them into something new! There are far too many variations of this, so please message me in the Contact forum.
Designing
I went to school for graphic design, and over the years have enjoyed combining my hand-made art with the digital realm. It allows me to tweak it in a million different ways. My graphic design portfolio can be found at abdesign.persona.co
