Aura Art
I stumbled upon some spiritual gifts in 2020. I have the blessing (and curse) of being able to communicate with souls and beings in the "spirit world." I also feel, see and tune into all sorts of energies around us here in the physical. This includes reading auras (colors, patterns and energy fields around the body).
Art Therapy
I love working with people, and especially kids, to use art as a means to express their inner world. The thoughts they fear, the feelings they don't understand, or even the dreams at night that confuse them. Art explains it all, in a very fascinating visual way.
Digital Exploration
The more you create, the more you begin to realize that your art is speaking to you. This is why I love not only physical hand-made art, but digital art as well. Transferring something to the digital world adds a whole other dimension of energy to translate.
Importance of Color
Colors are what I see when I think of God/Source energy. The spiritual, or heaven realm, is full of colors and musical sounds that we don't get to experience here on Earth. Connecting to colors and sounds that we do have here is a gift, and always feels magical to me.
Upcycling
Turning something old or unused into something totally new has become a passion of mine. Whether that's taking old jeans and turning them into a new denim jacket (left), or finding wood lying on the street and painting on it, or taking a friends old necklace and using it as a belt... possibilities are endless.
Travel + Exploration
Traveling has become my real-life classroom. The more I've traveled, the more art and inspiration I find, the more people I meet, and the more cultures I discover. Art to me connects humanity together because it crosses barriers of language. This is why travel is important to me as an artist.
